The service provided by Mr Kuljit Ghalan and his firm for a recent lease extension was without doubt the best experience I've had in dealing with solicitors/conveyancers. The lease extension itself was not straightforward, it involved dealing with a very difficult party, a tediously slow surveyor and myself. 3 tricky customers but Kuljit seamlessly took care of all 3 and concluded the matter with minimal fuss. His attention to detail and patience was instrumental and as a result he's since become my default solicitor of choice for all purchases and lease extensions.
